Day 1
Arrival Nairobi

Upon arrival you’ll be met by your guide and escorted to your accommodation. The rest of your day will be spent at leisure.

Day 2
Nairobi – Lewa Downs

Today you’ll be escorted to the airport for your flight to the Lewa Wildlife Conservancy in northern Kenya. 

Spend the next few days enjoying your surroundings and embarking on a variety of thrilling safari adventures. True adventurists will love Flying the Wilds – flying in an open cockpit with a pilot above the trees and herds of animals, and through gorges and ravines.

Day 3
Lewa Downs

Start your day with a morning nature drive in search of African wildlife, including endangered rhinos – both white and black can be seen on the reserve. 

In the afternoon, get a little closer to nature. Choose from tracking wildlife with a Maasai guide, or a horseback or camel ride across the plains, where you might see giraffe, zebra, impala, waterbuck, eland, ostrich and baboons.

Day 4
Lewa Downs

You never know what you’re going to see on a nature drive, so this morning you’ll head into the wilderness for another safari adventure. Lewa is well known for excellent elephant numbers. 

Later, choose between a cultural experience – visiting an authentic Maasai village or local school – or explore a different eco-system with a trip to Ngare Ndare Forest, where you can enjoy a treetop canopy walk before a dip in the nearby waterfall pools.

Day 5
Lewa - Maasai Mara

This morning you’ll fly to the Maasai Mara, where you’ll be met upon arrival and escorted to your accommodation.

For the next few days you can enjoy twice-daily nature drives in the famous Maasai Mara Game Reserve and surrounding areas. We also recommend embarking on a hot air balloon safari just before dawn – magical!

Day 6
Maasai Mara

Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives in the Maasai Mara, home to a wide range of African wildlife including the largest concentration of big cats in Africa and over 300 bird species. Depending on the time of year, you’ll be able to witness the Great Migration, one of the world’s most impressive wildlife spectacles.

Day 7
Maasai Mara

Start your day with a hot air balloon ride over the Maasai Mara at sunrise, where you can enjoy a different view of the wildlife. 

Depending on conditions, your afternoon game drive may continue into the night, giving you an opportunity to see lesser-known nocturnal wildlife.

Day 8
Maasai Mara

After your morning nature drive, you can head to a local Maasai village where you have the chance to meet tribespeople, watch a local beading workshop, and purchase unique craft items as souvenirs or gifts.

Day 9
Maasai Mara – Amboseli National Park

Today you’ll fly to Amboseli National Park, which encompasses open plains, acacia woodland, rocky thorn bush country, swamps and marshland.

Embark on private game drives, guided walks, and learn about Maasai culture and indigenous lifestyles, all to the stunning backdrop of Mt. Kilimanjaro.

Day 10
Amboseli National Park

Start your day with an early morning guided nature walk in the guidance of a local Maasai tribesperson. You’ll learn about the eco-systems that flourish here, see how they track wildlife, and discover more about the Maasai way of life. 

In the afternoon enjoy a guided game drive keeping watch for large elephant herds, with over 1,500 living in the park.

Day 11
Amboseli National Park

Enjoy morning and afternoon nature drives in the park. 

Back at camp, refresh in the swimming pool and ease weary muscles with an indulgent spa massage.

Day 12
Amboseli National Park – Mombasa

Today you’ll fly to Ukunda Airport, where you’ll be greeted by a representative and escorted to Diani Beach, a coastal town in the southern part of Mombasa.

Check into your accommodation, and then indulge in activities such as kite surfing, snorkelling, diving and golf. Alternatively, just kick back by the pool, relax with a massage, or head to the beach with a cocktail and book in hand.

Day 13
Mombasa

After your safari adventures, enjoy a day of relaxation. 

Stroll along the picturesque beachfront and accompany your hosts to the local market, where you can pick out local produce and let your chef create your meal.

Day 14
Mombasa

Enjoy a leisurely breakfast before hopping onboard a dhow to explore the coastline. Along the way, stop at a sandbank to discover the underwater world on a snorkelling excursion.

Day 15
Mombasa

Start your day with deep sea fishing or kite surfing, both optional extras, or enjoy a cultural visit to a local village, school or community project.
